1st generation restaurant tenant improvement in a recently renovated core/shell retail space. Design challenge was to gain efficiency for the back of house / food service portion of the project and create a “patio” space dedicated to the restaurant that did not compete with the base building’s angular design. Solution was to remove the arched windows of the base building and weave the patio space through and under these arches, allowing for more efficient use of space inside the suite. The clean white new walls were added to maintain emphasis of the arches.
